When I worked for other people, it wasn’t a surprise when my role changed. I switched jobs every few years, no big deal.
Now that I work for myself, I find it a lot more difficult to embrace my natural evolution. Because I’ve built relationships and community around one role or scope of business and it’s that much harder to accept that it’s time for me to move on from it and onto something more aligned.

However, I’ve offered myself a new position as an inspirational emcee, where I’ve been seeing myself inspire more people than I was as a coach. I also feel much more expansive as I discover and leverage some dormant talents in the realm of my zone of genius.

Why?
My purpose and passion is pulling me to put myself on more stages as a professional “360° Emcee” and speaker, so I've been stepping onto more and more stages this year and ABSOLUTELY LOVING IT! Therefore, I’ll be focusing more of my marketing and sales efforts in the event space going forward, and due to some personal health matters, I can’t keep everything going forever.
This new focus doesn't make me any less awesome as a coach, though, and I've been learning a TON this year about channeling universal wisdom, reading misalignment in clients and helping apply new awareness and perspective to their personal and professional transformations… and stuff.
