    This website is owned and operated by Sara Deacon, Sara Deacon Coaching, LLC doing business as Radeac Media. I'm a professional emcee, speaker, author and publishing services provider based in Wisconsin.

  2. Use of This Site
    This website is for informational purposes and to connect you with my services and resources. You're welcome to browse, share links and reach out. You may not reproduce, distribute or repurpose any content from this site without written permission.

  3. Services & Booking
    Information on this site describes the services I offer but does not constitute a contract. All engagements are formalized through a separate agreement or contract. I reserve the right to decline any project or booking inquiry.

  4. Publishing Services
    My publishing services (offered under Spotlight Books) support authors through the production and distribution process. Publishing services do not include book marketing, bestseller strategy or post-publication promotion. What's included in each tier is outlined at the time of engagement.

  5. Products & Books
    Books and digital products are sold as-is. All sales are final unless otherwise specified. If you experience an issue with a digital product, contact me directly and I'll do my best to make it right.

  6. External Links & Recommendations
    My Resources & Recommendations page includes affiliate links and ambassador partnerships (including Forever). I only recommend things I actually use and believe in, but I'm not responsible for third-party content, pricing changes or your experience with those services. Some links may generate a commission at no additional cost to you.

  7. Intellectual Property
    All original content on this site — including copy, frameworks, the Stage. Page. Picture. structure and the question "What picture are you living in?" — is my intellectual property. Don't swipe it without asking.

  8. Disclaimer
    I'm not a licensed therapist, attorney, financial advisor or business coach. What I share is based on my own experience and expertise. Take what's useful, apply your own judgment and consult the appropriate professionals when needed.
