I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma on January 29, 2024.

We’re way past the initial crisis phase of figuring out what to do.

And I have done well so far—thank you for asking!

However, the path I’ve chosen requires long term healing, which means planning for sustainable care for stabilization and continued improvement as life goes on.

I am working with my practitioners at Brookfield Health and Wellness to uncover root causes and return to true wellness. And long-term stability requires many things.

I’m building a care plan focused on inflammation regulation, detoxification and lymphatic support.
