Re-Calibration Room: Group Coaching

Life is messy

You may find yourself regularly getting off balance, even with all the awesome habits and systems you have in place. When was the last time you checked your own settings? Maybe some regular, ongoing re-calibration would help you stay true to yourself and consistent with your goals.

This group offers:

  • clarity

  • accountability

  • action

  • community support.

We will meet virtually on the 2nd and 4th Friday each month at 2:00pm (CST).

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Much like a martial arts class, we'll begin with a warm-up followed by a topical learning module. Each session will conclude with group discussion, coaching through any pressing issues or brainstorming new ideas.

  • No. You're busy enough.

This hour is your time to focus on unpacking your creative blocks, integrating your learning and taking advantage of a supportive and collaborative opportunity to receive feedback.

Some of what we do or say may lead to further exploration on your own, but it is by no means required.

  • Maybe?

Life happens, and there might be sessions in which you're the only one who shows up. In that case, we'll work on whatever is most pressing for you that day.

However, the intention of this offer is to give and receive support and connection from the group members as a whole. This is a collaborative effort, not a one-person-show.

If you're interested in ongoing 1:1 support, send me a message to discuss.

Testimonials

I went in with an open mind not knowing what to expect since I had not participated before so there were no real expectations. I was impressed that there was a plan by you and not just a free for all discussion.
— Mary (Balanced Beginning group, January, 2022)
One part that impacts me is the tone of the meeting. It’s calm and allowed us time to take a deep breath and think with a clear mindset. I think it’s important for us to all to “stop - slow down” and enjoy the open conversation.
— Debbie (Balanced Beginning group, Jan-Feb, 2022)
It was a very open and casual atmosphere that I enjoyed.
— Mitch (Balanced Beginning group, February, 2022)
The insight given always strikes a chord with me.
