Week 5: Resolution Check-in

This week, we will talk about New Year's Resolutions. Whether we made them or not, the intention of this call will be to take a look at what’s working for you and what’s not, collaborate and adjust accordingly. You will have the opportunity for accountability and support, and you will receive helpful resources for sustainable success. If you haven't set any specific goals yet for this year, it's not too late! We will brainstorm together to help you set the most effective goals for you to challenge yourself just enough to see results but not so much that you can’t accomplish what you want to do.
