Week 4: Values Reset

In the fourth week of our 6-week series, I will lead you through an exercise to define and distill your core values. This will be similar to the Word of the Year process we experienced in week 2, but instead of a word for one year, the values that speak to you will become part of who you are in your life.

If you have already worked to define your core value(s), we will work on simplification, fine-tuning, application and implementation. Or you can take the opportunity to walk through the exercise again with us to see if anything has changed and needs updating.
